Podcasts are all the rage, so there’s no better way to jump-start your year than by joining IABC/SC for a hybrid discussion with IABC Ottawa’s very own Sherry Aske! Sherry, a podcaster and former multimedia journalist who currently runs IABC Ottawa’s podcast, The Voice, will share her experience on content creation, editing tools, best practices and how to do it all with limited resources. We will leave the last 15-20 minutes for Q&A, so come prepared to ask all of your podcasting questions!

Sherry Aske is an innovative digital communicator who advises on social media best practices and emerging trends in online storytelling. She joined the federal public service in 2018 after working for six years as a multimedia journalist at CBC Ottawa, where she produced radio, television and online news. She is currently working as Acting Manager of Social Media. On the side, she hosts and produces IABC Ottawa’s The Voice Podcast and Techopia Live for the Ottawa Business Journal.
